To activate your ADE software

The following information is provided by Adobe Digital Editions.
Devices can change without notice. We provide this as a guide.

Point your browser to http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/, you should be able to see a block of graphics saying "Adobe Digital Editions Installer"
Just click on "Install" and the installation process will start.
When it's finished you'll be able to launch Adobe Digital Editions from Start menu.

To transfer any Adobe-format title to your eBook Reader from Adobe Digital Editions, you will first need to register the device. Before you do this, you must be sure to register Adobe Digital Editions!
Direct your browser to the Adobe website, and click 'Create an Adobe Account'.
You will need to fill in the fields marked by an asterisk. The rest of the fields are optional. Note that your email address will serve as your Adobe ID.
Click 'Continue' to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Click 'Continue' again to complete registration.

You should now be able to activate your ADE software, giving you access to premium DRM-protected content.
With Adobe Digital Editions running, plug the device into your PC. ADE will recognize the device. Click 'Authorize Device'.
Click 'Finish' to complete the registration.
After the device has been registered, it will show up on the left panel of Adobe Digital Editions as a library when it is plugged in. To transfer to the device, simply drag-and-drop the title to the device library.
